What metals are available?
Our custom jewelry is available in 925 sterling silver, solid 10K gold, or solid 14K gold, in yellow, white, or rose.
How long does the plating last on silver pieces?
Silver pieces are electroplated in your choice of color. Plating lasts up to a year, and replating is available for an additional charge.
Can I choose cursive or block lettering?
Yes. Every name ring and nameplate is custom-made in cursive or block lettering with the name or word of your choice.
Do nameplate necklaces come with a chain?
You can order your nameplate with or without a chain. Chains are available in 16 to 24 inch lengths in a solid 1.5mm rope or 1mm cable chain, in gold or silver.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom jewelry takes approximately 3 weeks after we receive your order.
