Online Order Turnaround

For standard online orders, our typical turnaround time is approximately 7 days after we receive your mold/impression. Some special or more complex orders, including complex custom designs, enamel, diamond or stone setting, special-order materials, and intricate detailing, may take up to 2 weeks or longer. Custom jewelry takes approximately 3 weeks after your order is received.

What Online Orders Include

Online orders include your mold/impression kit, shipping and handling, packaging, and personal support by phone, text, and video call to help you complete your impression correctly.
