Online pricing covers the extra care that ordering from home requires: your mold/impression kit, shipping and handling, packaging, and personal support by phone, text, and video call. We also take extra time to review your impression before we begin. Clients with larger-than-average teeth may have an additional charge due to the extra material required.

After you place your order, our team will contact you during business hours and walk you through your impression step by step. Once we receive it, we review it before moving forward to help make sure your grillz are made for the best possible fit.

Standard online orders are typically ready about 7 business days after we receive your impression. Special or more complex orders may take up to 2 weeks or longer. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The price shown on this page is the online price. In-store pricing applies to orders placed in person at our Atlanta store.

In store, many basic grillz can be completed in about 4–5 hours under ideal conditions. No appointment needed; same-day service is first come, first served, with a 1 PM cutoff. Find us inside Greenbriar Discount Mall (not Greenbriar Mall), 2975 Headland Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30311.

Karat tells you how much pure gold is in the metal. 10K is 41.7% gold and the most durable, though more likely to tarnish. 14K is 58.3% gold, a great balance of durability and gold content. 18K is 75% gold, with a richer color and a softer feel.

Yes. We can create grillz around missing or broken teeth to help cover gaps so you can smile with confidence. Please note that grillz are not a replacement for missing teeth and should not be used to eat with.

Every set is made from your impression. If we make a mistake during fabrication, we’ll work with you to correct it, whether that means an adjustment, repair, or remake. We can’t be responsible for fit issues caused by an inaccurate, incomplete, or damaged impression. Please don’t bend, file, or have another jeweler modify your grillz. Contact us first so we can find the best solution.

Because every set is custom-made for your teeth, all sales are final and we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or design. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at Anna’s Diamond’s discretion.
